  • To add a table to a slide, first select the required table and then click on theInsertTab.
  • In the divisions group, click on the Table icon. PowerPoint displays a dialog box containing data from which you can select the data you want to appear in the table.
  • Choose OK to add the table to the slide, then click on the Tables icon. The Tables dialog box will appear.
  • Select the desired headings from the regime, and then click on the Merge and Header button, causing the headers and body text to appear in the same box.
  • To add a header, select a header from the choices available, click OK, and then click OK again to close the Tables dialog box. Adding a header also removes the previously selected header from the choices available to the user, so the user can choose headers he or she wants without having to select them from a list Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • HipChat and some other instant messaging clients provide some options to help you add a video to your presentation.
  • To insert a video, choose the Video icon from the chats tab. Insert the video by clicking on the Video button at the bottom right of the chat window. Alternately, press the V button on the keyboard.
  • An IM tab appears to allow you to add in your friends (if any) who will be able to watch your presentation on the phone. Insert a video clip by clicking on the Insert tab and choosing videos from your computer.
  • Alternately, press the Ctrl+I key on your keyboard to insert a live video. To add a camera you have bought, select the Insert webcam icon and click OK to complete. The new camera icon appears in place of the video icon.
