Rather it was supposed to be a fundamental working tool that was presented universal. So if you download the newest version of the Word, what you may notice is that there are new icons on the toolbar. If you have a preference for a toolbar, these should be removed. Some people reasoning that since the programs are bigger and have more features, they should be able to utilize menus as well. However, if you open a normal Word file and then attempt to load it with menus, you will notice how difficult it is to display all the information that is contained in the file.
Using the toolbars is the new way to access the features that you used to operate manually. If you need to lessen the information that is contained in the documents and you want to lessen the amount of screen space devoted to the toolbars, you can go to customize menu options and put the commands in single clickable buttons Smart Navigation. This will give you the option to have one less button to click on and will reduce the amount of clutter.
